Rotary ID Lance

Rotary Lance Details

LBTI have developed a standalone rotary ID lance mechanism to fit any existing air blast OD manipulator. The rotary lance is self contained and is powered by its own independent power supply.

The rotary lance is designed to hold an ID deflector nozzle and is capable of rotating the nozzle while blasting to process the IDs of parts. The rotary lance uses a standard claw coupling attachment for connecting the media supply to the assembly.

The rotary lance has a variable RPM setting to ensure an optimum coverage pattern may be obtained.
